Words seem to fail at times like this, but I am compelled to try. Lydia and I want you to know how much we appreciate your generosity to our family. Thank you so very much for all of your efforts on Lukas' behalf. You have touched us deeply and we will forever be grateful that you have chosen to share in our lives in such a meaningful way.

July 13th Meeting-Picnic at the Park! Meet at 6:00 at Marine Park on the west end of Harris Street! Bring potluck item, meat for the BBQ, and a folding chair! P.S. the information files from our June speaker, Bob Purcell of Superior Threads are now available from this website!
- Our Recipe Book won't be complete without your help! Be sure to submit your favorite recipes! We have a new cookbook chairperson so let's all give Nancy our support!
- Quilt Challenge 2009-Make a quilt inspired by your favorite recipe! Entries must be quilted & bound by October and come accompanied by the recipe and the prepared dish to share! Yummm!
- Donations! Donations! Donations! Please bring fabric to refill our empty Community Service Stash so we'll have lots to use in 2010. Bring that fabric you had to have, but never used, your left over fabric from completed quilts, and anything else you can spare. The Tree Quilt committee needs strips for a braided border-Autumn Colors 3"X 8" minimumcan be dropped off for Donna C. at Fourth Corner Quilts.
- Opportunity Block of the Month patterns are now available in .pdf format for accurate printing from your computer. Check for the latest patterns or one you missed from an earlier month.
- Raffle Queens would love to have your donations for the monthly raffle. Fill a Mystery Bag with goodies or donate a book, a pattern, a notion, or fabric.
- President's Qullt Blocks due in July!
- Fall Retreat at Warm Beach is set for October 13-16. Make a $50 deposit to save your spot starting at the May meeting.
