Suz Litzsinger--Crazy Quiilts: Is there Method to the Madness?

Suz Litzsinger presents a fascinating program on crazy quilts. She will focus the program with a look at the possible catalysts of Crazy Quilts, through Victorian influences, and the current resurgence in popularity. Scorned as being created by neurotic women lacking in skills, and touted as showcasing a woman’s creativity and needlework skills, these quilts always reflected the personality of the artist. We will consider how to get started on your own project including review of different layout concepts, materials, and resources. And everyone will go home with a little something to fuel the creative process!
